Woop
Dr Suzanne Henwood tells us about a really simple process that can hugely increase your likelihood of making our goals successful.

Taken from the book, "Rethinking Positive thinking" by Gabriele Oettingen, Woop is based on research that shows that we can usually increase our chances of success by the way we set our goal and the steps we take to do so.

Woop = Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan and uses mental contrasting, asking participants to contrast a wish with an inner obstacle and then to create an if-then plan. This is important because research shows that positive thinking alone doesn't help adults or students meet their goals.

Instead of thinking about what we don't want, we should consider what we desire.
