The Vagus Nerve is an incredibly important neural network in the body. Of course, we will share some juicy neuroscience along the way to keep your head brain happy. Each day we will invite you to try out a different activity and reflect on how that felt in your body. This requires only a willingness to explore, space and quiet to feel within and a desire to more deeply connect with yourself. If you allow yourself around 15-20 minutes a day, you will have more than enough time to give the practices a go. Of course, if you choose to, you could use this as an iterative process, and build one activity on the next, so that by day 7 you are doing all 7 activities.
